Southside Baptist Church Events

Donations can be given toward the remodel of our Annex building.  Please be in prayer as to how much God would have you give as we remodel the building to be used by the Flint River Association as a hub of ministry and offices as well as a counseling center.  Donations can be given online and in person.

Mark your calendar for a night of fun as we get together to pack the Christmas shoeboxes to be sent to children in need around the world on Saturday, October 18th at 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.  Food and fun will be enjoyed by all as we enjoy our time together being the hands and feet of Jesus.  

KIT (Keep In Touch) Club for Senior Adults 50 and over is planning a trip for lunch inside at Dauset Trails on Thursday, October 23^rd from 11 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.  We will leave the church at 10:30 a.m.  If you are interested, please sign up on the list located on the information board in the hallway at the Activity Center.  This will help us prepare for transportation.

Come join in the fun on Saturday, October 25th from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. as we have a cookout, lip-sync battle and more!  Bring your friends.

Mark your calendars for an evening of family fun on Sunday, Nov 2nd from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m.  More information to come.

Our annual church wide camping trip is Friday, November 14th through Sunday, November 16th.  We will enjoy games, meals and Bible Study together during this fun filled weekend.  There are rv/tent sites available and 1 cabin is still available.  If you are not able to come for the entire weekend, you are welcome to join us at some point of the weekend for fellowship and/or a meal.  For more information, please contact Michelle Thompson at candmthompson@bellsouth.net.
